We recently launched more automation integrations with Availity for referral checks and for physical therapy eligibility checks.
We also added Availity to our suite of direct automation integrations for prior authorization processing. This allows providers to electronically initiate Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida prior authorization requests through our Patient Access Plus software.
