When an order is changed during the prior authorization process, what happens?
Our software has an elaborate module that supports case updates and changes. Any change at the procedure level, service level, or any demographic information can be accommodated, and the case can be resubmitted to the payer if required. These can be handled via our web portal or integration with your EMR/EHR/RIS/LIS system using an HL7 or API based bi-directional integration.
