Robot process automation (RPA) is used in our Prior Authorization and RCM Solutions to follow up with payers on status checks for prior authorization approvals, claim payments, and appeals.

Machine learning is used to perform analytics on data sets both from your practice and our larger databases which are then used by our artificial intelligence (AI) to make decisions most likely to garner the best outcomes for your practice. This includes whether prior authorizations will be needed, expected revenue recovery amounts from existing billed claims, and which claims to prioritize for follow ups.
